Maintenance Superintendent

• Supervision: Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment availability and minimize breakdowns.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or performance.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance trends to guide decision-making.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely availability for maintenance operations.
• Emergency Response: Oversee the prompt resolution of emergency breakdowns and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
