Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead and be part of our maintenance team in our industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining a wide range of equipment, managing & performing preventative maintenance schedules, and responding to urgent repairs—while keeping safety and compliance top of mind.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities maintenance for industrial manufacturing businesses. Reliability and honesty are a must, as well as the ability to delegate and manage a small team. Experience in repairing radial drills, vertical mills, and welding machines is desirable. Must be able to pass a drug screening test with no issues, as this is a safety sensitive position. This is an in-person position.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform maintenance on:

• Welding machines (Multimodal Power Supplies, Hoses, Manipulators, Positioners, Rollers).
• CNC machine center, radial drills, flange refacers, tube expanding machines
• Cranes, doors, HVAC, plumbing, heavy vehicles, forklifts
• Hydraulic equipment
• Maintain 15 acre plant yard
• Oversee preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Maintain documentation for OSHA, EPA, and city water runoff requirements
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime
• Weekends coverage as necessary
• Be available for on-call emergency repairs (paid at 4-hour minimum)

Requirements:

• 7+ years in industrial maintenance and facilities maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, welding equipment)
• Comfortable working outdoors and on large equipment
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA standards
• Valid driver's license
• CDL or ability to drive industrial haulers (a plus)
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• At minimum, High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
