Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in building systems and maintenance practices, and a valid UAE driving license to travel between sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues.
• Ensure that maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective) are carried out on time and to required standards.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and assign tasks accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate procurement when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and provide hands-on assistance when required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and reports.
• Liaise with management, tenants, or clients regarding maintenance issues and resolutions.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Drive to multiple sites when required to oversee work and manage urgent tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours if needed.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and local authority procedures.
