Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the internal maintenance operations of the company’s buildings and facilities across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to manage maintenance and installation works for branches, offices, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all internal maintenance activities of the company’s buildings and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize future breakdowns.
• Oversee repair and installation works, including electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and related tasks.
• Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance tools and materials, and request replenishment when needed.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance operations.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on completed maintenance tasks and related costs.
• Supervise and motivate the maintenance team to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and suggest solutions to reduce breakdowns and enhance facility efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Portfolio or pictures of previous work (preferred).
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
