Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Operation & Inspector to oversee and inspect maintenance works across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electromechanics, café system equipment, civil, and general maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors, reviewing quotations, and ensuring maintenance operations comply with safety, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections for HVAC, electromechanical, civil, and café system equipment to identify faults, risks, and maintenance needs.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operation of systems.
• Manage and coordinate vendor service activities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution in line with company requirements.
• Review and analyze vendor quotations, providing cost comparison and technical recommendations to management.
• Supervise café system maintenance (coffee machines, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment) to maintain efficiency and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all works comply with health, safety, hygiene, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintenance schedules, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Provide technical input to support procurement in vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitor civil and general maintenance works (plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, finishing, etc.).
• Recommend cost-effective solutions to improve maintenance operations and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Electromechanics, or Facilities Management (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations, inspections, and vendor management.
• Strong technical knowledge in:
• HVAC systems (chillers, split units, air handling units, ventilation systems).
• Electromechanical systems (pumps, motors, generators, control panels).
• Civil & General maintenance (finishing, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry).
• Vendor-Café system equipment (coffee machines, refrigeration, kitchen utilities).
• Proven experience in quotations review, cost analysis, and technical reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE health & safety standards, hygiene codes, and building regulations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
