Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment, machinery and facilities operate safely and efficiently. The role involves leading a team of technicians, planning preventive maintenance, and resolving breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in day-to-day activities.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth,
• Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
• Support the Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team handling.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
