Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the maintenance operations for our facility in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of the facility and supporting our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities.

- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of supplies and parts.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

- Manage the budget for maintenance activities, including procurement of parts and services.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance services.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and ensure critical issues are addressed effectively.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or associate degree in maintenance management or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations.

- Strong knowledge of building systems, machinery, and equipment maintenance.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires working both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.

- May require lifting and carrying heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

- Must be available for on-call duties as needed, including nights and weekends.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
