Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure & Equipment Maintenance

• Supervise maintenance and repair of hospital buildings, wards, OPDs, ICUs, OTs, and other areas.
• Oversee regular servicing of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and biomedical systems.
• Ensure all hospital equipment (lifts, generators, boilers, compressors, etc.) are in working condition.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination

• Manage maintenance staff, electricians, plumbers, technicians, and housekeeping support.
• Allocate work duties and ensure completion within set timelines.
• Train and monitor the maintenance team for safe and efficient operations.

3. Utility Management

• Monitor consumption and maintenance of electricity, water, and fuel.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply, generator functioning, and UPS backup.
• Coordinate with external agencies for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and repairs.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure fire safety equipment, alarms, and extinguishers are functional and inspected regularly.
• Maintain records for compliance with statutory norms (PCB, Fire, Electrical, NABH, etc.).
• Coordinate with infection control and safety officers for facility-related compliance.

5. Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance activity reports.
• Keep inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.

6. Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or infrastructure failures.
• Ensure minimum downtime of critical hospital services (OT, ICU, etc.).
• Be available on call for urgent maintenance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
