Maintenance Supervisor

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as compressors, generators, HVAC, and electrical panels.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime and resolve breakdown issues quickly.
• Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with all plant safety norms and statutory requirements.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and ensure proper work allocation and performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or process modifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns and suggest preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/TPM/5S standards in the maintenance department.
• Prepare maintenance reports and present KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and downtime analysis.
