Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, fit-out projects, and renovation works. The ideal candidate will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects while coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage maintenance, fit-out, and renovation activities on-site
• Coordinate daily tasks for technicians (MEP, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.)
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed
• Inspect completed works and prepare progress and maintenance reports
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors when required
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently
• Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, fit-outs, and renovation works
• Experience in MEP, civil, and interior works is an advantage
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and UAE standards
• Valid UAE experience preferred
