Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee maintenance operations within a growing coffee-focused Food & Beverage company . This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of coffee equipment, production machinery, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Lead and support the maintenance team, assigning tasks and tracking performance.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues related to coffee production and F&B equipment.
• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot commercial coffee machines, grinders, and related systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and regular servicing of coffee equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably within the coffee, F&B, or manufacturing industry .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial coffee machines is essential.
• Solid understanding of industrial utilities and equipment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English.
