Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will lead a team of maintenance staff, ensure timely repairs, and uphold the highest standards of property care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Perform regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Oversee repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC problems.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for maintenance operations.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Source and manage relationships with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications is a must.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
