Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

UTEC: is a Market leader in Saudi Arabia in Power Solution: Producing Medium Power Oil Transformers, Dry Type Distribution Transformers, Unit, Package, Prefabricated and Mobile Substations, Medium Voltage Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgears, All type of Panels and Modular Prefabricated Data Centers.

As maintenance supervisor you will supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and maintain equipment and system reliability while enforcing safety and quality standards within the facility.

What you will bring:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team.
• Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues to reduce downtime.
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and proper documenting.
• Coordinate spare parts, resources, and cross-department activities.

Minimum qualifications & Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of maintenance experience (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, CNC machines, generators, and electrical safety.
• CMRT, Six Sigma Green Belt, and HV/MV certifications are a plus.
