$110,000 – $120,000 Salary + Bonus

At BHS Corrugated, our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) program is built on experienced technicians doing the work that keeps production running.

We’re looking for a Working M2P Supervisor — someone who stays hands-on, solves problems in real time, and leads by example on the floor. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be directly involved in the work, supporting your team while owning the overall maintenance operation.

If you prefer being where the action is — turning wrenches, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on corrugating equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues alongside your team
• Lead daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on production demands
• Support, coach, and develop M2P Technicians on-site
• Ensure preventative maintenance is executed on schedule
• Coordinate closely with customer plant leadership and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement in uptime and maintenance efficiency
• Promote and enforce safety and quality standards
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Corrugated industry experience
• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
• Experience in a customer-facing or service-driven environment
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $110,000 – $120,000 base salary
