The Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, keep our community running smoothly, and ensure our residents receive top-tier service. This is more than just a maintenance role—it’s a leadership opportunity to grow with a company that’s on the rise.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to problem solver and team leader for all things maintenance, including:

  • Overseeing property upkeep, building maintenance, and equipment functionality
  • Managing service requests and preparing apartments for new residents
  • Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance
  • Supervising vendors and maintaining inventory
  • Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
  • Installing appliances and overseeing warranty fulfillment
  • Maintaining logs and reports (OSHA, snow removal, maintenance, etc.)
  • Supporting the Community Manager with team reviews and evaluations
  • Participating in on-call rotations and responding to after-hours emergencies
  • Leading snow removal efforts as needed
  • Promoting a clean, safe, and welcoming community

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 1–2 years of related experience in multi-family maintenance
  • EPA Certification for HVAC
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months—company-paid)
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety standards
  • Great communication skills and a service-first attitude
  • A polished, professional appearance and a strong work ethic
