About The Role

Taylor at 502 in Louisville, KY is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with extensive HVAC and plumbing experience . EPA certification is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.

Key Responsibilities
