The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, facilities, and systems function efficiently and safely. This role includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.

Direct vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Define and implement corrective and preventative maintenance programs.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Define, monitor and analyze maintenance KPI’s to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Examples of activities:

Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems to identify issues.

Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for maintenance tasks and provide them to the team.

Ensure that technicians respond to all maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Identify and report needs and risks in terms of people or facilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Proven leadership experience.

Strong background in maintenance and repair, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, instruments, plumbing, and HVAC systems is required.

Proficiency in spreadsheet and project management tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
