Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, facilities, and systems function efficiently and safely. This role includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Direct vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Define and implement corrective and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Define, monitor and analyze maintenance KPI’s to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Examples of activities:

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and systems to identify issues.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for maintenance tasks and provide them to the team.
• Ensure that technicians respond to all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Identify and report needs and risks in terms of people or facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong background in maintenance and repair, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, instruments, plumbing, and HVAC systems is required.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and project management tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
