Supervisor-Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to support daily operations while assisting with basic maintenance and facility upkeep. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into leadership, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in keeping a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory & Operational Duties

• Support daily attraction operations and assist with supervising team members during assigned shifts
• Lead by example by providing coaching, training, and on-the-spot support to ensure high performance and exceptional guest experience
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both guests and team members, professionally addressing questions, concerns, and operational issues
• Ensure all company policies, safety protocols, and attraction operating standards are consistently followed
• Complete required shift documentation including reports, logs, cash handling/deposits, and operational checklists
• Maintain flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak attendance periods
• Other duties as assigned

Maintenance & Facility Support

• Perform routine facility checks to identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, plumbing, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance or management teams as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including basic equipment checks
• Promote a safe work environment for staff and guests
• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately
• Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, team lead, or maintenance experience
• Willingness to perform hands-on work and assist with basic maintenance tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment
