A Day in the Life:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safety standards, among other duties. Managing your team to reduce costs and find innovative ways to build value. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC work. Looking for a stable career and don’t mind getting your hands dirty? Then this is the career for you!

Maintenance Supervisor must haves:

• Proficient knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience
• Effective communicator and leads by example
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Must be able to handle heavy work load and large crew
• Boiler experience a plus
• Driven and not shy about working hard
• Possesses reliable transportation
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property
• Computer skills
• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
