Maintenance Supervisor

"Hands On" supervisory position with General Maintenance skills and experience necessary; the Maintenance Supervisor must be able to work independently. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable person. In order to provide coverage for co-workers vacation time, this position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including am/pm shifts, weekends and holidays . Typical schedule may be Tuesday -Saturday, between the hours of 7am-5pm.

The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Assists the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations of the maintenance staff and resort needs.

Responsible for maintenance and repair work for Mittersill property, rooms, units, grounds and public areas.

General maintenance and repair workers fix and maintain machines, mechanical equipment, buildings and assists in on-going renovation programs.

This position may be required to paint, repair flooring, janitorial work, lawn/snow maintenance, work on carpentry, building, plumbing, electrical and heating systems. As well as, respond quickly and troubleshoot using necessary tools.

The job requires both indoor and outdoor work, and sometimes lifting heavy loads.
