Shark Solutions is a Danish based cleantech market leader focused on giving a new life to post- consumer PVB (PolyVinyl Butyral) from windshields and architectural/building glass (laminated glass).
We are passionate about this superior raw material and eliminating the need for companies to dispose of it in landfills.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations at the Lavonia, GA facility, including executing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves close collaboration with the Multisite Operational Excellence Manager to implement maintenance strategies and optimize equipment performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the MaintainX.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the NA Operations Manager to optimize equipment performance.
• Order parts and maintain inventory.
• Ensure proper functionality of all building systems.
• Assist in training new maintenance personnel.

3. Job Qualifications:

Education:

· Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

· Preferred: Associate's in a related field

Experience:

· Required: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

· Preferred: 2+ years of supervisory experience

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of PLC’s and VFD’s
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is Required

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Working in a collaborative environment

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications/Licenses:

• Preferred: HVAC certification, Electrical certification

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
