Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and supervise technical staff in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and technical teams
• Plan and assign maintenance tasks efficiently
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time
• Inspect work quality and ensure safety standards are followed
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams
• Prepare maintenance reports and service records
• Handle emergency maintenance issues when required
• Drive to different project or client locations as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and HVAC systems
• Ability to manage technicians and helpers effectively
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• UAE/Gulf experience preferred
• Diploma or technical certification is an advantage
