Maintenance Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Civil Maintenance Engineer in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, manages the upkeep, repair, and refurbishment of structural elements in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They oversee teams of masons, painters, and carpenters, ensuring that masonry, waterproofing, tiling, and structural repairs meet safety and quality standards. Key roles involve identifying defects, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with facility management teams.

Responsibilities

• Experience : 3-5 Years Experience in UAE .
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpreting blueprints is often required. Strong knowledge of waterproofing, painting, and masonry techniques.
• Operational Duties: Identifying, scheduling, and conducting repairs on structural issues.
• Site Management: Supervising on-site teams, monitoring work progress, and inspecting work quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• Compliance: Ensuring all repairs and renovations meet safety standards and local regulations.
• Documentation: Reviewing material requests, preparing reports, and managing maintenance records using CAFM systems.
• Logistics: A valid UAE driving license is often mandatory or preferred for site visits.
