JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians, plumbers, and electricians to handle daily tasks and urgent repairs.</li><li>Design and execute routine inspection schedules to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of hospital assets.</li><li>Ensure all building systems meet health and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor critical infrastructure such as boilers, chillers, backup generators, and medical gas compressors.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and oversee maintenance supply inventory and expenditures.</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Typically 3-5+ years in healthcare facility maintenance.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and equipment.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
