Maintenance Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians, plumbers, and electricians to handle daily tasks and urgent repairs.
• Design and execute routine inspection schedules to prevent equipment failure and extend the lifespan of hospital assets.
• Ensure all building systems meet health and safety standards.
• Monitor critical infrastructure such as boilers, chillers, backup generators, and medical gas compressors.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and oversee maintenance supply inventory and expenditures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Typically 3-5+ years in healthcare facility maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and equipment.
