Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose

Oversee daily hospital maintenance operations to ensure all building systems, clinical areas, and infrastructure remain safe, reliable and fully operational, supporting uninterrupted patient care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting).
• Plan daily work, monitor performance, and respond to facility emergencies Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure. Supervise renovation and maintenance projects across the hospital. Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including site inspections and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards during maintenance activities. Prepare maintenance reports, preventive maintenance records, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.

QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED SKILLS

DAE or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

3-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts. Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills in Urdu and English.
