SBK Real Estate – Maintenance Supervisor (Short)

Location: Dubai | Department: Facilities | Reports To: HOD

Job Purpose:
Supervise and manage all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting) to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution as per project standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP site activities and manpower
• Ensure work as per drawings, QA/QC and project plan
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and engineer
• Handle troubleshooting and system inspections
• Ensure HSE compliance and UAE authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM)
• Prepare progress reports and site documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• 3–7 years MEP supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical & plumbing systems
• Able to read drawings and manage site work effectively

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
