Job Description
Leads all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises across the Kingdom, ensuring policies & procedures are followed, tasks are completed efficiently, and downtime is minimized while maintaining safe work practices. Responsibilities include developing maintenance policies & procedures, conducting inspections, and planning preventative and corrective maintenance. The role schedules maintenance, analyzes corrective maintenance issues, and supervises implementation of maintenance projects. It also ensures compliance with maintenance regulators and CBAHI requirements in all premises.
- Supervise daily maintenance of NCC facilities such as clinics, satellite labs, and provider labs, working with maintenance employees and other technical personnel to develop proactive, effective teamwork to attain organizational objectives.
- Establish schedules and plans for providing maintenance services, identifying resources, required materials, work categories, priorities, and facility needs for proper allocation and delegation.
- Provide technical supervision, custodial & event support during work implementation, and execution to assure quality work standards.
- Contribute to the development of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for facilities maintenance, proposing changes and improvements to existing standards for efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance programs and safety programs according to Service Level Agreements, executing work based on Standard Operating Procedures and HQSE policies with complete reporting.
- Participate in preparation and administration of the maintenance budget, submitting recommendations for allocation and phasing and monitoring expenditures.
- Manage and secure petty cash funds, ensuring proper liquidation and reimbursement of maintenance expenses on a regular basis.
- Monitor and control supplies and stock in the maintenance warehouse, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock items through issuing, requesting, and ordering.
- Coordinate and supervise construction, refurbishment, and special projects aligned with NCC facility requirements and allocated budgets, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Lead regular maintenance performance review meetings to propose changes or inputs that enhance procedures and policies related to maintenance, quality, safety, and environment.
- Conduct regular maintenance inspections of NCC premises to verify building system operation, required maintenance, and safety compliance with Ministry of Civil Defense standards.
- Participate in hiring qualified candidates for maintenance team vacancies, providing orientation on processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to team members to ensure adherence to maintenance processes and company guidelines.
- Engage in regular meetings with service providers to discuss issues and improve service delivery, preparing contract terms covering all maintenance and construction scope.
- Review maintenance structure through workload analysis and resource distribution to provide quality and safety services across regions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health & Environment policies, reporting and addressing unsafe conditions and incidents.
- Ensure each staff member receives necessary technical and safety training, identifying required courses to maximize productivity.
- Address ad-hoc maintenance incidents within NCC premises.
- Update utilities database regularly to prevent downtime and ensure governance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new construction, decoration, expansion, or layout change projects.
- Document and count assets, setting annual budgets for replacement or upgrade.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the direct manager.

- Working days: 6 per week
- Days off: 1 per week
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma.
- Experience: 3 Years in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, Basic AutoCAD.
- Languages: English, Arabic.
