About the Role

Join our leading food & beverage manufacturing company with modern production facilities and a strong focus on quality and safety. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure production lines operate efficiently, equipment downtime is minimized, and safety standards are strictly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for food production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and company safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, ideally in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FDA, GMP) is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred (HVAC, Electrical, PLC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
