We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring plant equipment operates efficiently and safely. You will play a pivotal role in reducing downtime, improving production processes, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory of parts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Proven leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and maintenance projects.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred (HVAC, Electrical, PLC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,227.27 - $84,574.77 per year
