Ensure the effectivness of all the stores devices from air conditioner electricity shutting doors glassesetc of the assigned branchregion
Accountabilities

Maintenance Plan:
Issue the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix Plan for all the stores of the assigned regionbranch through the distribution of the maintenance tasks and setting a timeline to ensure that the regionbranch devices are maintained
Maintenance Tasks
Distribute the daily corrective maintenance tasks to the Foremen based on the received system maintenance requests from the assigned regionbranch stores to ensure that the regionbranch devices are maintained and to ensure proper resources allocation
Monitor the corrective maintenance tasks through reviewing the system and the approved job orders to ensure that maintenance is conducted as per the agreed Service Level Agreements SLAs
Conduct weekly review meetings with the Foremen to ensure the implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix Plan
Budget:
Contribute to the maintenance budget through the communication of the branch requirements labor vehicles spare partsetc to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager to ensure the availability of the maintenance resources
Operations:
Manage the maintenance spare parts petty cash and settle the amounts with the Finance Division to ensure the availability of the required maintenance spare parts
Manage the relationship with the maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure the execution of the maintenance per the contractagreement
Issue periodic reports to present the objectives achievements cscore card petty cash status actual spending against the budgetedetc
Employee duties are not limited only to the abovementioned Accountabilities heshe may perform other duties as assigned
