Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Technician

• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry repairs.
• Repair lights, switches, sockets, pipes, doors, locks, windows, and ceilings.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems (AC units, ventilation, exhaust).
• Check and maintain water pumps, tanks, generators, and electrical panels.
• Conduct regular inspection of buildings and equipment.
• Handle preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Respond to emergency repair requests quickly.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas (mowers, trimmers, irrigation).
• Supervise maintenance workers and assign daily tasks.
• Keep records of maintenance work and spare parts.
• Coordinate pest control, cleaning, and waste disposal services.
• Ensure workplace safety and follow company rules.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical training (Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing) is an advantage.

3–7 years of maintenance experience.

Basic knowledge of MEP systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
