Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor / MEP Engineer to manage and supervise all technical and maintenance operations across our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operation of MEP systems, and maintaining properties to high safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the maintenance and technical team, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance staff.
• Oversee all MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) across residential and commercial properties.
• Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime and tenant complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, building codes, and real estate standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, maintenance logs, reports, and technical records.
• Support property management by responding to tenant maintenance requests and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Assist management in budgeting, spare parts planning, and cost control related to maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance monitoring for maintenance staff.
• Ensure emergency response readiness for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical failures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of MEP or maintenance supervisory experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, generators, and fire-fighting systems.
• Proven experience handling a full technical maintenance team.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Good understanding of local authorities’ requirements and real estate maintenance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties or sites.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and maintenance tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential buildings, villas, or commercial real estate.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and asset management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, management, and contractors.

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
