Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Preventive Maintenance

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor – Preventive Maintenance to manage and execute all preventive maintenance activities across our properties. The role focuses exclusively on planned maintenance, inspections, compliance, and ensuring the long‑term upkeep of all facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities –

Preventive Maintenance Focus Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, common areas, and building systems to identify potential issues early.
• Ensure timely completion of all preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with set standards and timelines.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with technicians and external contractors.

Supervision & Team Coordination

• Supervise maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive maintenance duties.
• Provide guidance, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate training related to preventive maintenance procedures and equipment handling.

Recordkeeping & Reporting

• Track and maintain accurate records of all preventive maintenance activities.
• Update work orders and logs promptly and ensure all tasks are closed within deadlines.
• Analyze preventive maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and cost‑efficient improvements.

Compliance, Safety & Regulations

• Ensure all preventive maintenance operations comply with company standards and safety policies.
• Assist with facility safety inspections and proactively identify hazards.
• Maintain awareness of local regulations and ensure adherence to the laws and traditions of the State of Qatar.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Maintain inventory related to preventive maintenance tools, parts, and materials.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and coordinate timely reordering of required supplies.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with contractors for specialized preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to minimize disruption during scheduled maintenance.
• Provide regular updates to management on preventive maintenance performance and improvement opportunities.
