Maintenance Supervisor/Technician

1. Plastic Moulding Machine Maintenance

• Maintain Injection moulding machines (hydraulic / servo / all-electric).
• Troubleshoot issues related to heaters, thermocouples, hydraulic systems, and clamping units.
• Ensure proper functioning of hot runner and cold runner systems.

2. Medical Device Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain assembly machines, sealing machines, blister/ pouch packing machines.
• Support maintenance of EO sterilization, sealing, leak testing, and inspection equipment .
• Ensure equipment calibration status is maintained and supported.

3. Utilities & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain compressors, chillers, cooling towers, dryers, vacuum pumps, DG sets, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure cleanroom utilities (air pressure, temperature, humidity) meet GMP requirements.

4. Electrical & Automation

• Handle electrical panels, VFDs, motors, sensors, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Ensure safe electrical practices and panel housekeeping.

5. Preventive Maintenance & Documentation

• Prepare and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records as per ISO 13485 documentation requirements.
• Develop and follow SOPs for machine and mould maintenance.

6. Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Follow GMP, EHS, and LOTO procedures during maintenance.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure no contamination risk during maintenance activities in medical device areas.

7. Spares & Inventory Management

• Identify critical spares for moulding machines and utilities.
• Coordinate with stores and purchase for spares planning.
• Maintain spares records and consumption tracking.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Suggest improvements for machine efficiency and downtime reduction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical .
• ITI with relevant experience may be considered

Experience

• 3–5 years experience in medical device or plastic injection moulding industry
• Experience in ISO 13485 / GMP environment preferred

Key Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
