Maintenance Supervisor/Technician With UAE DL

• Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Work Scheduling: Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
• Training & Development: Train new staff and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies; order materials as needed.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with outside contractors and service providers when external help is needed.
• Reporting: Report to senior management on maintenance activities, team performance, and operational issues.
