The Maintenance Support Manager is responsible for providing centralized technical support for monitoring , evaluating mobile network operations & maintenance activities KPIs and guide regional field teams to ensure rapid service recovery and sustainable delivery KPIs.
The Role focuses on monitoring network KPIs , analyzing alarms & outages, identifying the root causes, convert the findings into action plan by setting restoration priorities and directing and following up field teams to achieve it.
The position also will be responsible to follow on Suppliers governance model.
The role leads KPIs evaluation and performance analysis across all Field maintenance functions to drive continuous improvement and operations excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering
At least 7 Years of Experience in Mobile Network Operations & Maintenance
Strong Analytical and problem-Solving skills and KPI-driven operations.
Strong Understanding of Radio Access Networks, Transmission Networks, Power Systems, network monitoring and performance management systems
Experience in fault management , Incident Management , Crisis Management and Root cause analysis.
Strong technical leadership skills and decision making.
Strong communication skills , cross-functional coordination, Team coaching and stakeholder communication.
Ability to work under pressure during critical network outages.
