Maintenance Support Manager

Job Requirements:

  • The Maintenance Support Manager is responsible for providing centralized technical support for monitoring , evaluating mobile network operations & maintenance activities KPIs and guide regional field teams to ensure rapid service recovery and sustainable delivery KPIs.
  • The Role focuses on monitoring network KPIs , analyzing alarms & outages, identifying the root causes, convert the findings into action plan by setting restoration priorities and directing and following up field teams to achieve it.
  • The position also will be responsible to follow on Suppliers governance model.
  • The role leads KPIs evaluation and performance analysis across all Field maintenance functions to drive continuous improvement and operations excellence.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering
  • At least 7 Years of Experience in Mobile Network Operations & Maintenance
  • Strong Analytical and problem-Solving skills and KPI-driven operations.
  • Strong Understanding of Radio Access Networks, Transmission Networks, Power Systems, network monitoring and performance management systems
  • Experience in fault management , Incident Management , Crisis Management and Root cause analysis.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and decision making.
  • Strong communication skills , cross-functional coordination, Team coaching and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical network outages.
