We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our Engineering team and help keep our resort running at its best.

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily resort operations and keep our property safe, functional, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and resort facilities
• Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• Complete preventive maintenance to protect assets
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to service requests
• Partner with the Chief Engineer on projects and daily operations
• Follow and enforce safety standards

What You Bring

• Maintenance/engineering experience (hospitality preferred)
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 lbs; move equipment up to 250 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working indoors/outdoors
• Able to safely operate tools and equipment
