Clean and sanitize dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior areas

Complete opening and pre-opening cleaning tasks

Receive, organize, and properly store truck orders and deliveries

Rotate and stock inventory according to food safety standards

Take out trash and maintain proper waste disposal

Restock cleaning and paper supplies

Perform light maintenance duties as needed

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

Work efficiently and independently while supporting the team
