Job Description

maintenance person needed for manufactured home communities; water repairs sewer repairs some electrical grounds cleanup road repairs and upkeep snow plowing and removal equipment operation knowledge is a plus but not required .Must have valid drivers licence with good driving record and clean criminal background. pay depends on knowledge and experience. 40 hours guaranteed but at times will exceed 40 hours paid vacation 401k match
