Industrial Cleaning Position – Dayton, OH (Monday through Friday 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaners to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM and a starting pay of $17+ per hour.

As an important member of our cleaning team, you will help maintain safe, sanitary, and organized industrial environments by performing routine and deep cleaning tasks throughout manufacturing and warehouse facilities.

Duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of industrial work areas including floors, workspaces, equipment surroundings, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain large floor spaces and production areas
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Support deep cleaning projects and move supplies or equipment when necessary
• Follow safety guidelines and proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Work with team members to complete daily cleaning assignments efficiently
• Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies or equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential

Additional Information
No PPE is required for this position (no hard hat, earplugs, or safety glasses required).
