What You'll Do
HELP USA takes great pride in providing a clean, well-maintained workspace. We can only do this with great porters on our team. Porters perform various maintenance-related tasks, including cleaning, painting, garbage and trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal.

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• Porter or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, boiler mechanics, and plumbing is a plus.
• Organizational skills to enable efficient use of time and the ability to work effectively if the supervisor is not present.
• Must be able to operate small machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft applications is a plus.
• Valid US Driver’s license is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills.

Compensation

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
