Maintenance Tech

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor tasks

**Responsibilities:**

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, plumbing, and electrical fixes
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems
• Conduct general cleaning and upkeep of properties
• Handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs as needed
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
