Maintenance Tech I - Per Diem

Salary: $20.00 - $22.10 p/h based on experience

Shift: The shifts and workdays vary based on departmental needs: Hours of operation are between 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

To be successful in the role, you would have experience in the following areas:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Install, repair, and dispose of materials
• Handle supply management
• Operate and maintain community and maintenance equipment
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks
• Keep work areas clean and orderly
