Maintenance Technician III

This role is for a hands-on industrial maintenance pro who loves solving problems, keeping production moving, and working on a wide mix of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You’ll repair, install, and upgrade machinery, tackle breakdowns, and drive preventive maintenance that keeps the operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose equipment issues using meters, gauges, and operator input, then make repairs using hand tools and precision instruments. “Diagnose malfunctions using testing devices and repair machinery with hand tools and precision instruments.”
• Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate or repair parts when needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, schematics, and diagrams to plan and execute repairs or installations.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment during repairs and machine moves.
• Work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with confidence.
• Cut, weld, and assemble metal components for repairs or new equipment builds.
• Program and maintain computer-controlled machinery and document your work.
• Repair and assemble wiring, plumbing, and related equipment.
• Partner with production teams to build and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, and support 5S and environmental/quality standards. “Maintain health and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.”
  
  

What You Bring

• Around 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent hands-on technical background).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to safely rig and move machinery; able to pass a high?low driver test.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working any shift and overtime when needed.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. “Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and working overtime, including holidays and weekends.”
