Maintenance Tech - Pickaway Manor

Optalis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Pickaway Manor Care Center, located in Circleville Ohio.
This role is responsible for helping to ensure that the community is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner through providing the preventative and contractual care of the facilities. Completes general maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to HVAC, pumps, motors, carpentry, etc. Will assist in remodel activities as needed. Available for on call as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Maintenance experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of a special trade (Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, etc.) a plus
- Ability to prioritize work assignments
