Maintenance Tech Temp (Canton Apartment Community)

AIY Properties has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Canton.

This is a temp position but will receive the same benefits as a full-time employee. It may turn into a permanent position.

MAINTENANCE TECH QUALIFICATIONS

• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Minimum 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience in multi-family residential community.
• Moderate knowledge of the repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing and electrical.
• Operate and own basic hand tools and power tools such as a drill, saw, circular saw, plumbing hand tools, screwdriver set.
• Must be able to perform in this role while twisting, turning, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and lifting objects weighing 50 lbs or more regularly.
• Valid Driver's License.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
