Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Department: Facilities & Maintenance

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics or relevant field

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of machinery such as Turret Punching, Bending, Power Press, Welding machines, CNC laser machines, Riveting machines, Powder coating plants, and SPM machines.
• Maintain utilities including DG, Compressor, UPS, ETP/STP, EOT Crane, Goods & Passenger Lifts, PNG Gas, Fire Hydrant & Fire Alarm systems, HVAC.
• Handle TIG & MIG Welding machines, dust collectors, and implement energy conservation practices.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronics, mechanical, and hydraulic systems effectively.
• Deliver small and medium projects independently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
• Implement and monitor 5S practices across the plant.
• Work in shifts and manage shift responsibilities independently.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Maintain documentation and update records timely.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
