Maintenance Technician

Seeking a full-time experienced apartment maintenance technician; position for the Victorville area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance, to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall and appliance repair. The candidate will operate as a maintenance tech at several properties, allocating work/projects as well as assisting in completing the turn process, inspect ready apartments for move-in quality and other apartment maintenance calls. Will maintain set standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, buildings, breezeways, curbs, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common areas to ensure they reflect the high standards and quality of the community. Will perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a must.

Qualifications: Experience in all facets of apartment maintenance. Must provide excellent customer service to current and future residents and guests. Must know and follow the Fair Housing laws. Must be able to take initiative, solve problems and make decisions. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.

HVAC Certification is a plus.
