Maintenance Technician

Key responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance: Respond to reports of broken equipment and perform routine maintenance on machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other problems in systems and equipment.
• Preventive maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to prevent future issues and ensure everything is running efficiently.
• Upkeep and cleaning: Perform a variety of tasks, such as painting, minor repairs to walls and fixtures, and keeping the grounds clean and tidy.
• Inventory management: Track and maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as needed.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, especially in regulated environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
