Maintenance Technician

We are a medical center looking for a Maintenance Technician who can handle A/C Maintenance, electrical, and plumbing work. The person should be reliable and able to fix different types of maintenance issues around the building.

Main Duties:

• Fix and maintain A/C units, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Respond to repair requests quickly
• Keep the building clean, safe, and working properly
• Do regular checks to prevent problems
• Work safely and follow all medical center rules

Requirements:

• Experience in A/C Maintense, electrical, and plumbing work
• Experience working in a medical center is a plus
• Able to work alone and finish tasks on time
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
